The new, state-of-the-art IR250-D industrial grater is perfect for grating cheese, chocolate, nuts, biscuits, soaps, pharmaceuticals and especially soft products. Maximum working comfort is provided by the optimal working height, as well as by the quick and easy change of the grating drums. In addition to the improvements in operation, the machine also meets the highest hygiene standards.
