The usual perfect cut of the Anliker in large quantities. The maintenance-free machine, which is made entirely of stainless steel, convinces with the simplest tool change and a large variety of accessories.
The large selection of different cutting variants, including special cuts such as Brunoises and Gaufrettes, allow even more creativity in the kitchen.
Our unique "drawing cut" geometry prevents the unnecessary loss of nutrients and vitamins, resulting in a significantly longer shelf life of the processed products as well as a long-lasting perfect cut.
