Utilization of our webshop
If you want to place an order with our webshop, the contract is considered as concluded only if you provide all data necessary for order processing. The mandatory details required for order processing are marked; all other information is given on a voluntary basis. The data provided by you are processed for the execution of your order. For this purpose, we may forward your payment details to our principal bank. Legal basis hereto is art. 6 par. 1 (1)(b) GDPR.
You can choose to open a customer account in which we can store your data for later purchases. If you open an account in the “My Account” section, the data you provide will be revocably stored. You can delete all other data including those of your user account at any time in the customer section.
We may also process your data to inform you on further interesting products we have in our portfolio and to send you emails with technical information.
Due to the regulations set forth in commercial and tax laws we are legally bound to store your address, payment and order data for a period of ten years. However, we restrict processing after two years, i.e. your data will only be used to fulfill legal obligations.
