The Paul Bocuse Foundation is the foundation of the hotel and catering profession. As for Paul Bocuse and his relatives, it is essential today to preserve the traditions of the culinary heritage, to preserve the values of these professions and to pass on the requirements, gestures and know-how. Since its creation in 2004, the Foundation has developed ongoing relationships by collaborating with other philanthropic actors, supporting exchange programmes and professional internships, and providing access to culinary culture for a wide audience.
