Knowhow
Machines from Brunner-Anliker stand for precision, durability and reliability from Switzerland: from their development to production to sales, all processes take place in Brunner-Anliker's branches in Switzerland. Our employees' development and further training forms the base of our know-how. As a training company for apprentices, we train the skilled workers of the future.
Manufacture
Each one of our blade is made in our in-house blade manufactory and ground by hand. Each grating plate is individually punched, stamped and sharpened. Thanks to the high vertical range of manufacture at our production site in Quartino, we not only guarantee the outstanding quality of our products, but can also offer customised solutions.
Material
Our aim is to build machines which last for generations, with the use of high-quality and durable materials as an important element. We use forged blade steel for the production of our blades. For our machines, we mostly use stainless steel and patented glass fibre composite with an antimicrobial effect. All our materials are characterised by high durability and resistance.
Service
Although our machines are completely maintenance-free, we still offer our customers a wide range of support options. From on-site installation and instruction in the machine to culinary advice and a lifetime replacement machine. We support our worldwide trade partners with various digital tools to promote sales and service of the existing machines.
